We welcome your guests at the Gatehouse and escort them to the Great Barn for the wedding ceremony to begin at 1.00pm. The bride may then arrive at the Great Barn in the wedding car and proceed down the aisle for the wedding ceremony. During the ceremony our harpist will play your selected music.

Following the ceremony, reception drinks will be served on the Moat Terrace and Lawn, again to the accompaniment of the harpist. During this time the photographer will take the wedding portraits. Around 3.00pm the wedding breakfast will be served in the Great Barn along with wines and the toast drinks. Between 5.30 and 7.30pm, after the speeches and the cake-cutting, the musician may play again, after which the bride and groom depart.

The Great Barn can seat 220 comfortably

Entrance to Michelham Priory and Gardens and use of the Great Barn for five hours is included in the facility fee. The Great Barn will be set for the ceremony and meal and floral decorations and up to ten table posies (choice of colours and styles) are included. There is a choice of photographer and acoustic musicians or harpist included in the price.

The price per guest includes a choice of reception drinks, the three-course wedding breakfast and coffee with a half bottle of wine per adult and toast drinks.
