Please contact us for availability of specific dates. At this stage we can make a provisional reservation, which will be held for a maximum of fourteen days.

We will then send you our terms and conditions. If you want us to confirm the booking you are required to sign the terms and conditions and return them to us together with a deposit within fourteen days of the date that the provisional booking was made. Your booking will be confirmed when we write to you with your receipt, which will be within one working week of receiving your deposit with the signed terms and conditions. Between two to three months prior to the event, we suggest we meet further to discuss the finer details and work out final costs involved.

The invoice for the final balance will be sent immediately after the event and is required to be settled in full within fourteen days. The final invoice will be charged within seventy-two days according to the final numbers booked, or the number of people attending on the day, whichever is the highest.

Seating arrangements consist of circular tables, which seat nine people comfortably. There is an oval top table seating between eight and twelve people. White linen tablecloths and napkins and complementary white crockery are provided. Menus, table plans and place cards are all included as part of the service. Children are welcome, and are charged half price between the ages of five and eleven years of age. A baby-changing unit is located in the disabled facilities.

The Great Barn, Moat Terrace and Lawn all have easy access for disabled guests, and there is vehicle access to the door of the Great Barn should it be required. There is also space for one vehicle to be parked close by.

Michelham Priory does not have on-site accommodation; however, there are a number of good local hotels and bed and breakfasts in the surrounding villages and towns.
